2.3.2.1.3. I already have "Ryugakusei" (Student Visa) status. Can I use this visa at Yamasa? For how long?

If you plan to study short-term (for example during the summer) in Yamasa, and then return to your university studies, then there are no problems whatsoever.

However, if you want to transfer from your university to Yamasa, it is not possible to transfer from you 'ryugakusei' visa status to a 'shugakusei' visa.
